HS1 Software not working

Hi all,

 

I've had the HS1 for a month now but the software has stopped working. I've tried to re-install but with the same results.

 

Upon running the app, I get the following message pop: Windows Shell Common DLL has stopped working. - Searching for a solution returns nothing.

LaRSin has a good point, I would first try it in a different system. If it works in a different system then you may want to try uninstalling all your audio related drivers, then use a driver cleaning program (and maybe a virus scan just to be safe) and then reinstall the HS1 driver and see if it works. Of course after that you could reinstall your other audio drivers.
