markus843 Posted November 23, 2013 Share Posted November 23, 2013 I got this mouse about 5 months ago, and about 1 month ago it's been randomly disconnecting alot. This happens about every 30 minutes or so and I have to unplug it and plug it in to work again. I do competitive gaming in LoL and Counterstrike and I'm using my old microsoft mouse from 2001... I sent an email earlier and still no response, and also I phoned and got put on hold ****ing 5 times and they never responded. See yea corsair, just lost another customer. Toasted Posted November 25, 2013 Share Posted November 25, 2013 Can you try the mouse on another computer and see if the M90 still turns off? If it does, request an RMA to replace the mouse.
