Support won't respond

So im posting it here cause im out of options, been 30 days i've opened a ticket about a problem with the K95 small plastic cap next to the volume roller getting it stuck, I only got the first initial reply asking me for pics, invoice etc, sent them all the required files etc. after that they went, willingly, completely silent. I asked, please, for a response every week on how we can solve this problem and they simply ignore me.

 

thats how corsair deal with their costumers? I want to believe that this is not the case, now my brand new lamborghini-of-the-keyboards is sitting there with an issue and I'm helpless.
