jppf08 Posted October 8, 2018 Share Posted October 8, 2018 Hello, This is regarding ticket #750344 After 3 replacements through RMA, Corsair agreed to issue a full refund once I sent the units back. I have still not received the refund for the units, despite the fact they were received by Corsair 2 weeks ago. Corsair still hold over $3000 of funds I need back, and I am also stuck without a computer which is impacting my business. In addition, I will incur interest charges if I do not have the funds back by October 11. The last 3 updates have been that "the refund is now with the Finance team". It is unacceptable to hold on to my money for this long. Please could you look into getting this refund processed as a matter of urgency. Your help would be greatly appreciated.
