Can i reuse the h100i rad, in my custom loop?

Hi, im gonna get a custom loop soon, just waiting for the parts, and im currently using a h100i. is it possible to cut off the current tubing from the rad, and use the 240 rad, in my new custom loop? im gonna be getting a Nexxus UT60 360 rad, and the extra 240 rad would help in temps :), is it possible?

you don't need to cut the tubing, just twist the tubes hard and they will came out.

Cool, can you show some pictures? and the rad is aluminum?

Like i said, i still didn't build anything as i will leave it for a latter project.

I'm running the phanteks PH-TC14PE air cooler and it's performing better than the H100i, so i will leave it for now.

and yes the rad it's aluminium.

Be careful not to mix aluminum and copper. Bad things happen.

Galvanic Corrosion....I was thinking of adding the same 240mm Rad to my Custom Loop....but for the cost of a proper Copper Rad..(around $75)....not worth throwing an aluminum Rad into the mix imho ;)

I would not recommend it.
