aiclique Posted March 4, 2018 Share Posted March 4, 2018 I was wondering if the RM1000x fan would stop after the power draw falls below 40%? In my case, it doesn't. Once the psu fan kicks in, it does not stop until I restart the computer. I would be really glad if anyone can help me understand the factors that dictate the fan behaviour. However, PSU fan is very efficient. So I suppose that there will be few seconds between the idle mode of your computer and the fanless mode of the PSU.
