mrnerd Posted February 5, 2019 Share Posted February 5, 2019 Morning folks. Tried sending a support email to Corsair but didn't even get an auto responder so asking here. Just bought a commander pro and also a lighting node pro (for extra channels in the future after testing). ANyway, the LED strips from the node pro just don't work in the Commander Pro. If I change the device type to one of the fan types I get 4 or 5 LED's illuminated so there is definitely signal but the LED's do nothing. If I connect the lighting node pro to the commander pro and plug the strips into the node they work exactly as expected...this a commander pro with faulty RGB channels? Also in iCue the temp sensor shows 292 degC and the LED on the commander doesn't illuminate. These things more glitches in the software or is this unit faulty? Had it 24 hours from Amazon UK. EDIT- in the settings I just noticed the brightness slider at minimum- I assumed this was for the power LED in the commander itself, turns out it was for all strips...all working now apart from the unit's own LED.
