Problem w Commander PRO with HD120

Please refer to the attachment for SIVs needed as per my information. Configuring SIV qualifiers does not change anything.

 

Setup as follows: 6 HD120 Fans > Controller>LED PORT Commander>USB

 

I also connect my kraken AIO to the commander, kraken is working fine.

I tried connecting fan power to the commander directly however, the fan does not spin. right now, the fans are connected to the chassis or PSU directly. LEDs does not work whether it is connected to commander, chassis or just the controller.

I have change the SATA connection for my controller and commander a few times to different slots, doesnt work. I have changed to 4 different set of controllers, doest work.

 

Nothing is reflected in Corsair Link and No device is detected in Corsair Link Options.

 

The CLCP is not detected :(:. It should be listed on [uSB Bus] as it is below on my system (note I have 2 x CLCP).

 

Double check the CLCP SATA power cable is connected and if it is then I suspect the CLCP may be faulty.

 

thanks red-ray. I think the faulty CLCP busted all 6 of my fans as well. its less than 7 days since i bought it and i dont have the boxes with me. i hope i could get a one for one exchange instead of waiting for a RMA.
