Default Problem removing SSD cage from Carbide 540

I cant remove the SSD Cage from the 540. I have to push down the tab just above the cage but it seems stuck. Is there another way to remove the cage?

You push the tab away from the metal chassy, then lift the SSD cage up.

how do I push it away from the metal chassis, should I pull it away from the mobo tray? is the manual wrong? it shows up or down. did you try to attach a video? it doesn't play, just shows a black screen. do you have a link?
