Is it possible to fit a eatx motherboard into that 570x crystal case ? I love the way those cases look and im going to be building a ryzen threadripper system with a asus zenith extreme motherboard but it's eatx and i dont want a full tower just mid seeing what options i have?

It should be fine.

For reference, you can take a look at the pictures in the review below with a E-ATX motherboard mounted in the case.
