Default No response to support ticket in 5 days.

I've left two urgent messages on my support ticket but have had no reply in 5 days. Anyone else experiencing issues?

submitted about a year ago in Help & Support .I sent a ticket to riot with all te details they needed etc.

Thanks but I can't gather from your reply what happened. You created a support ticket one year ago and never had a response?

I can't help think this has something to do with the new support site, maybe I should create a brand new ticket and see if I get a response that way.

You are not the only one. Last year when I needed support I would receive a response within hours of submission. This year I have had to put in two tickets. One was asking if they sell the updated 'new' Corsair logo for the Air 240 as a spare part and one I just opened last week asking about the dead LED in my H100i. My first ticket was replied to several days after I submitted it (week?) and it stings a little to see things have not improved since then.

As a HUGE Corsair fan, this has me more than a little concerned. I can not help but wonder if this is some how connected to the acquisition of Corsair by EagleTree Capital. Perhaps this is a (bad) sign of things to come? I will keep my fingers crossed and hope for the best.

Same here.

Corsair support just doesn't seem to be the same as it was a few years ago.

I submitted a ticket on my H80i GT on 7/14, and am still waiting for some sort of action.

Since then I've called support once, and been on the chat two times, and still no indication of what the status is. Granted they had the 'change over' right at that time but still.....

A number of years back I had an issue with a failed HX650. All it took was ONE phone call, and I had the replacement in just a couple of days.

Sometimes, and more often than not, new is not automatically better.

I submitted a ticket for an RMA 4 days ago but so far no reply yet. I read something about getting an answer within 2 workingdays but I guess things are not working as they should yet.

I will wait a few more days before I put in another ticket.

I tried creating a new ticket to ask them to take a look at my old ticket, it was still left alone for an additional 7 days until I called them.

Same here. Put a ticket in 6 days ago and no response. Customer service makes me loyal. At least I can build PC's without worrying about using Corsair products ever again

I have a ticket from 1 month ago and they still haven't sent me the replacement for my h100i v2...
I'm about to buy another AIO at this point but i'm not sure if it's going to be a Corsair now...

Me and you both, they've had mine for a while, not had any updates either, they've received it, and Patel signed for it at the Bolton hub.

I keep being told "My Superior" will be in touch in the next few hours to not hear from anyone, poor broken promises over and over and over, absolute shambles; Shame as the support at one point was great, i think 2 weeks is a reasonable expectancy for a turnaround on an RMA, but if they can't even meet that, there's something seriously wrong.

I just now called, got someone pretty fast, and they said they'd review it, to check my email in 15-30mins. Pretty pain free so far, wish me luck! Submitted rma 8/3/17

I have been struggling with support for a week. The people on the regular support number are worthless. They cannot do anything. I finally got someone in Tech support in America that was able to assist me. I am still awaiting some additional information but Cust Support is of no help. There is no way to get help outside of the off shore just help desk.

This has been a miserable experience!

They have recieved my return on Aug 3, its the 9th and its not even marked received, they must get a lot of returns. It says 2 to 3 business days, we will see how long this takes.

I still have not received but I believe I will in a few days, I got a very nice e-mail from support apologizing for the delay and promising to ship it in the next 24 to 48 hours ( business hours) , every logistics dept is under pressure in big companies. Just communicate politely.
