BicketyBamm Posted January 6, 2018 Share Posted January 6, 2018 I am a fan of Corsair's products and had decided to replace my old headset with the Corsair Void RGB Wireless. I've only had it a day before I replaced it with another one today. The problem I'm having is it appears to be disconnecting with the dongle repeatedly. By this I mean the audio becomes static, goes quiet and the prompt for the microphone beeps. I have done the following: - Changed USB ports from the back to the front of the PC - Ensured it is the default - Updated firmware to .15 - Tried disabling the CUE software - Changed my wireless channels on my router I also use the K 70 LUX keyboard. For what it's worth. I checked the boards and couldn't find anything helpful. Any ideas are welcome. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
