Rau
I've just learned that a failed Corsair One Pro (owned in Australia) must be shipped to the USA to be repaired! [The fault is "no display", and the unit is under warranty.] What other PC vendor does this? Is there not a PC repair capability that Corsair could utilise locally? The customer inconvenience is huge. And this news comes after a period of "no-progress" on the ticket.
Corsair Employee Corsair Wootaru Posted December 27, 2018 Corsair Employee Share Posted December 27, 2018 Hello Rau, I have sent your ticket to the person who handles the repairs and instructions on how to send in the unit for repairs. I am sorry that we do not have a repair center in your area. I will do my best to also relay the message to the person for you so we can help and expedite the help process. Please let me know if you have any further questions I can assist you with. Best, Wootaru
