k95 rgb platinum Volume control & volume mute don't work. Please help.

Corsair k95 volume control & mute won't change the volume..

The other media buttons (pause, skip, play last song) work without a problem :|

Anyone know how to fix this?

Corsair k95 volume control & mute won't change the volume..

Are you currently using the Corsair Utility engine? If so what version are you currently running? There was a previous issue where the software killed the mute and volume wheel capability.

If you update to the latest version of CUE it should resolve the issue.

I am having this exact problem now. Did you get it working?

I have the newest firmware (3.21.7168) and latest iCUE (3.10.125).
