TheRealBardock Posted September 28, 2017 Share Posted September 28, 2017 Hi, my corsair h100i stop working. The LED is off , the FANS stoped working but the temps are about 40C. The pump probably works. I changed USB port ( on board pluged in ) and also i bought new PSU (Corsair AX760) and i have the same problem. What can i do next? Thank you very much. If so, make sure that it's plugged into a fan header and that the fan header is set to either DC mode 100% or PWM mode to ensure that it's getting the full 12v. c-attack Posted October 3, 2017 Share Posted October 3, 2017 Best guess is the fan controller blew, taking some adjacent circuits with it. I have two H80i from that generation in the same condition. The pump still works years later, but I lost the LED and fan controller. If you are still in the warranty period, contact Tech Support and set up a replacement. TheRealBardock Posted October 6, 2017 Author Share Posted October 6, 2017 The pump works and i switched the fans directly to PSU throw molex, it irritates me that i can't see the cooler regognized from my OS (USB problem on the cooler controller ?). c-attack Posted October 6, 2017 Share Posted October 6, 2017 Yes, this is the same on my two H80i of that series. The coolers work but with loss of functionality. Also in the software i cant find the update firmaware. The version of Link is 4.9.0.57 and the coolers firmaware 1.0.4. Thank you very much.
