blaou91
Hi I built my new computer yesterday based on an Corsair Carbide 500r case bought on Amazon France january 29th. When I tried the first start, smoke came out of the case and I discovered that the wire coming from the front panel with the molex pin was melted (see picture attached). I opened a case (#5598331 ) on the support section of the website... no answer yet. What could have happened ? Is that a default from the wire or did I do something wrong ? Can you ship a front panel to France ? Thanks in advance for your reply or action
