Inheritance
I have a Corsair 2000 headset and recently ive had an issue where the sound would break off for a short period (30 sec- 2 min). Ive tried reinstalling the drive and every USB port on my computer. I don't know if this is a driver issue or is it just my headset but i got mine from Amazon. the issue is not limited to just one program, its been happening form games to movies, to online clips. :[pouts:
Toasted
Does the headset still have connection to the dongle? (The L.E.D. on the dongle is solid and the headset is flashing blue ~5 seconds) Do you have any wireless devices near the dongle?
Corsair Employee RAM GUY Posted July 16, 2013 Corsair Employee Share Posted July 16, 2013 Put in a RMA ticket Zheren and I can get you a new dongle. It sounds like you may have a defective one where the signal is being dropped from it to the headset.

Toasted
If the light flashes on the dongle it means there is no connection to the headset.
