rebelyell Posted April 15, 2011 Share Posted April 15, 2011 Hello there, My first Flash Voyager GTR 32GB died a few weeks ago and was replaced with a new one by the retailer. Browsing this forum, I saw the firmware update for GTR 32-64 and I tried to update the firmware on my USB stick. However, I failed. This is the error: http://i.imgur.com/gPcZY.png The update utility was running under Administrator credentials under Windows 7 32bit. Is there anything else that I should try in order to update the firmware? The_Monkey Posted April 15, 2011 Share Posted April 15, 2011 I just got my 32GB flash voyager GTR from dell yesterday (even after reading the terrible reviews).
