BlueLarks Posted March 4, 2015 Share Posted March 4, 2015 Hey all. Just reporting another issue with this keyboard. My keyboard has actually been working fine since before the latest update. I recently installed the latest update and it's had nothing but problems since. My keyboard now gets stuck on profiles. It still works, but all effects and lighting just get stuck. I've tried using both USB and the single keyboard-icon USB only. Same issue. Freezing appears to be random or possibly during a profile switch. I was very disappointed when I learned of the lighting issues, but was content with the keyboard as promises of fixes keep coming, along with regular updates. Now it appears that the main lighting feature of this keyboard has died entirely with the latest update. PC specs are in my profile. I have included my latest logs below (as you can see I ran some checks for updated firmware after the issues, suspecting a firmware update was needed along with the latest software update, but as it turns out, I am on the latest version).
