katefs Posted November 11, 2005 Share Posted November 11, 2005 I have Twin CMX512-3200ll in the computer i bought CMX1024-3200C2. When the computer booted it said Dimm Mismatched. Took all 3 modules out put in the 1024 by itself. The computer will not boot and a voice says "System Failed CPU Test". No matter which memory module is put in and in any slot. Tried to wipe CMOS but no difference. I dont have access to another computer to check the motherboard cpu. Tried a different vidoe card also. Will these memory modules work in my computer and is the motherboard dead now?
