Vengeance rgb pro module bad

One of my modules apparently is bad. I need to submit a ticket but i dont have the original box to get the part number. i looked on the module its self but none of those worked. How can i find that part number and is this going to be an issue with support?

Hello Bruces442,

 

The part number for a Vengeance RGB Pro should start with CMW. You do still need to search for the part number even if you type it in exactly. If you're still having issues, I'd suggest contacting our Customer Service team over the phone. I'm sure they could help you!
