Here's a quick video showing what happens when i try to jump start it. I have just completed my loop and trying to jump the PSU so that I can leak test. The PSU is connected to a couple of LED Strips, I have tried connecting the HDD and SSD as well but still the same result. I'm positive that the PSU works because I have been using it perfectly for the past 5 months, and the jumper shouldn't be loose, because I have tried using paper clip and wires, and I still can't get it to work.
