wytnyt Posted December 5, 2013 Share Posted December 5, 2013 if this is all you see in your device tab,then your hydro isnt being seen you can try another usb port or use a usb/mini usb cable and connect to a rear usb.you can remove usb devices such as flash drives,keyboards ect to see if their interfering you can also check in task monitor and see if corsair.exe and corsairhardwaremonitor is running. if all this doesnt help ,have you tried a full uninstall including the appdata folder and then a reinstall AFTER a cold boot... Wilson1991 Posted December 5, 2013 Author Share Posted December 5, 2013 wytnyt i have tried putting the header in another sockets on motherboard still same issue, i haven't got an mini usb to usb cable spare at the moment and only processes that are running in task manager are CorsairLINK.exe *32, CorsairLINK_Hardwaremonitor.exe *32. Funambulus keep running it as administrator still same thing happens and unable to update the firmware because evertime i do it this keeps coming upu on screen Status: Error loading firmware! wytnyt Posted December 5, 2013 Share Posted December 5, 2013 ive found 2.3.4812 software works best in all 3 of my builds also when you changed headers,you did a coldboot? your showing everything in your task monitor... you may have a bad usb cable,not alot of options left short of a rma...
