ruselok
Just finished testing with default bios settings all 4 memory sticks individually and found out that 1 of them is faulty. The rest 3 sticks seems to be working fine with default. I am now testing all three working together, with XMP bios profile. So far 54% is good. So what should I do? Send with RMA the whole kit of 4, or it is possible to send only the faulty one?
peanutz94
You need to send in all sticks that were in the kit .That way you recieve a matched kit in return. If you are worried about down time you can always request an advance RMA so you receive your new ram before sending in the old kit. Use the link on the left to request an RMA. Once you receive your RMA number you'll need to contact CS on the phone and work the details out wit them.
