ellisf Posted May 24, 2019 Share Posted May 24, 2019 I can use the wire to recharge my mouse but the mouse does not function unless I plug the dongle in. When I try to update the firmware for the mouse and dongle acts like the wire is not plugged in .. even though the wire obviously charges the mouse successfully. ellisf Posted May 24, 2019 Author Share Posted May 24, 2019 I have two ports on my AW15. I plug the dongle in one and the wire for mouse in other. I have swapped them with same result.
