Default Need help/update for ticket #722475

Hi,

Its been almost two months since the ticket was submitted. Status is still processing but it was already closed. I tried creating a new one to follow up and someone replied he reopened it but still closed.

Any updates on this? I am quite concerned that it may take longer before I receive my product replacement.

For whatever reason, there was an issue on your ticket where nothing had been booked out. We fixed it, but we don't have that specific cooler at the moment. We're going to be sending an H100iV2 instead.

It's the same exact cooler, but with newer parts.
