rpgmaniac Posted September 9, 2013 Share Posted September 9, 2013 So I have this old motherboard I write on the title this motherboard have 4 DDR2 800 sockets & 2 DDR3 1066 sockets so I thought to upgrade my RAM & although the speed will downgrade I know that it doesn't matter for me because I may upgrade my motherboard & cpu later so the RAM will be useful to have, the only thing I want to know is if this RAM are going to work fine w/o any prob in my old motherboard, can some1 tell me for sure plz before I spent money & have troubles later. As a matter of fact most of what Corsair has to offer now days would not be compatible with that system due to the memory IC's used to make the modules.
