D_C_Ember Posted January 22, 2018 Share Posted January 22, 2018 I seem to have a issue when I press the mute button on the headset the mic is some what muted (no audio queues to say it's muted) but there is still some sound partially leaking through as if the sounds picked up are distorted or muffled. When I go on to Windows sound and recording devices and go to custom tab and activate AGC I get a audio queue saying Mic off and the mic is perfectly muted but the new issue is I have to use the AGC option or go into CUE to unmute it again. And the mute button on the headset only partial mutes like before. Any Ideas? I've tried CUE 1 & 2, updated firmware on headset, and reinstalling the drivers, restarting PC numerous times also.
