Verbueren
On my previous build, Corsair Utility Engine was a frustrating but mostly functional program. I did a fresh install of windows on the new build, and downloaded the most up to date CUE (as far as I know, the same version I was using on my old computer yesterday), and I get an almost entirely broken program. Most options are whited out, can't import/edit color profiles at all. What am I missing? Images attached.
Corsair Employee Corsair Calico Jack Posted May 23, 2018 Corsair Employee Share Posted May 23, 2018 Hey, This happens when GUI elements don't install correctly with the actual interactable elements in CUE. When you open logs/check windows error reports, it says there's an error with a .qml file. Generally get's fixed with a clean reinstall. - Please make sure to install all updates for Windows. - Uninstall the CUE software. Please locate your Appdata folder, and delete the 2 Corsair folders in the Local and Roaming folder. - Run CCleaner: https://www.piriform.com/ccleaner/download - Run CCleaner's Registry Cleaner - Restart your computer - Reinstall CUE.
