RMA ticket #601098

This is my second ticket for the same product in attempt to have an express RMA. I was suggested trough the support chat to creat one other ticket (My first ticket number was 594780) and to specify that i want an express RMA. Thats what i did and i still get a standard replacement RMA. What i'm i not doing correctly to have an Express RMA? If i ship my defective water cooler my computer will be out of use for the time the process take and that may take weeks. Please help me as i find this a lack of support, thanks.
