Breaker1818 Posted July 22, 2017 Share Posted July 22, 2017 I attempted to login to support.corsair.com to start the RMA process on defective SP120s that came with my 570x due to the issue where they will not work with the Lighting Node Pro. I followed the instructions and claimed my account, and followed subsequent directions that were displayed on screen. The site will not allow me to login, telling me my username/password aren't correct. I can login here, however. I attempted to do a password reset, and changed the password a few times, and nothing has fixed the issue. I can still login here, but not into the support website.
