Corsair Employee RAM GUY Posted August 27, 2012 Corsair Employee Share Posted August 27, 2012 What seems to happen? Is the USB device not being detected? Is the software crashing? Are you getting an error with Device Manager? Are you also using USB 2.0? And tried it on a different system?
W4ReLL
I've already tried it on my second computer (xp) and the V2000 works perfectly, the same thing is happening on an other windows 7 computer, i'm using usb 2.0 and an error appears when the driver is installing, error 37, I've search it on the Web, try too many solution but all solution doesn't work. I think, I will format my hdd and reinstall windows 7 it's more easy. Thank you for your message.

Corsair Employee RAM GUY Posted August 28, 2012 Corsair Employee Share Posted August 28, 2012 Sounds like it was a Windows issue. Let me know if it ever repeats itself and let me know when it occurs (ala, did you do a Windows update beforehand?).
