Corsair SP2500,sounds barely audible

Hello,

 

I've had this 2.1 for a long time and have been using it with great care. Two days ago, out of the blue, the sound level dropped and is now barely audible. I tried using the 3.5mm output from the rear of the sub and the result was the same. I've also tried it with different audio sources, adjusting the volume, Line in/ Aux 1 / Aux 2, removed the back panel to check for blown components. No result. No or barely audible output from the sub as well.

 

But the headphones jack on the remote seems to be working. Any idea what I can do to fix this? It's beyond the warranty period, so any help would be appreciated.

My Crosair HS50 headset isn't working i can hear through it but i cant talk threw it i tried it on my desktop and PS4 and it didnt work for both of them.
