AndreSZKL Posted October 24, 2018 Share Posted October 24, 2018 Hi, i'm having this problem with my k65 rapidfire ABNT CH-9110014-BR The keyboard image doesn't show up and in settings it says layout unknown so i can't customize my keyboard at all Already tried: Unplug, hold esc, replug keyboard and keep holding esc for 10 and another time for 30 seconds Hold pag up and pag down, the two lights started blinking and i force updated the firmware Just force update the firmware on iCUE settings Nothing fixed it Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
