Default Corsair 600T (White) Case Fan Issue (#5067897)

Hey everybody. I've had my case for a little over a year now and I love it. Yesterday I had some guests over at my place, and they were commenting on it, I went to take off the top grill part to show the huge 200mm fan on top when I noticed it wasn't spinning. I looked inside the window of my case and saw that none of my fans was spinning.

It seems to me like a bad fan controller, but I'm wondering what are the proper steps to make sure that it is in fact the issue/get a replacement to get my computer back to working condition. I'm worried to use it now until I get my fans working again and am having to steal my girlfriend's computer. Thanks in advance.

Default And now what?

Thanks. I put in a support ticket on Sunday. Ticket # is: 5067897.

Also, should I be posting in this forum or the Tech Support Express forum? Don't want to spam, so I figured I'd ask.

Please log back in your case and provide your address and phone number so the parts can be sent to you.

Default Thanks!

Thanks for the quick response. I have logged back in and provided the information.

I asked in my response, but just wondering, what replacement parts will actually be provided? Is it just the fan controller, or is it the whole top I/O panel? Just trying to understand what to expect. Thanks again.

The Fan controller is built into the I/O assembly and what we would send to you.
