motskari Posted October 20, 2016 Share Posted October 20, 2016 I Had noticed when i bought this keyboard at summer, that the lettter "e" is always the different color as it should be. If it can't be fixed with a hard reset, we will replace it with a new unit. I assume that you have tried creating a new profile setting it all to red already. Tried reinstalling FW?
