silojin
I have the Corsair Vengeance 1500 Headset and I have been questioning the removal of the bass boost option that was in software drivers 1.1 not being in any of the new versions for windows 7. I would keep using the 1.1 version but my audio kept coming out reversed, front sounds behind me and left sound in the right earpiece. All I really want is the bass boost option back. I understand the loudness function but that is still not bass. Any work around other than EQ changes would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
sandstorm1
the EQ will give you the best sound, bass boost just boost's the bass a pre determined amount. not sure if you are familiar with the EQ but move the first and second slider and that will take care of the missing bass. silojin
I know how to use an EQ and the bass quality is still nowhere near what was was possible from the first drivers.
silojin
Never mind a fix or a workaround I'm going with another brand, you've lost this cutomer.
TylerAD
I agree as well.. i do not have the punch that i had with the v1500's on the 1.1 driver. These sound better with the spacing of sound, but i hear lots of echo, pop (sometimes)
