brownie4420 Posted December 19, 2018 Share Posted December 19, 2018 started an RMA mid november and since had the item replaced and delivered, because I choose express RMA they took $150 from my account to hold, till I sent back the faulty product for them to verify. Its currently been THREE WEEKS.....since my faulty product was signed for a delivered to the returns department in the Netherlands, I am yet to recieved my $150 back. I have also updated my ticket and was just told "you will get refund once item has been tested"......Come on its been three weeks now, I was hoping to have this money back before christmas.
