I left my house earlier in the day when i came back to play some CSGO my mouse was dead. I have no idea what happened. The mouse is less than 2 months old. There might have been a power outage around my house due to irma and the power company restoring power to neighborhoods around me. My computer, keyboard, monitor and speakers are all fine. I have plugged the mouse into my roommates computer still nothing. The lights dont come on. when i plug it in windows doesnt even register theres anything plugged in. updated the firmware and that had 0 affect as well. Please HELP! Toasted Posted September 17, 2017 Share Posted September 17, 2017 Is the mouse detected in CUE but not Windows? How did you update the firmware? Try a soft reset and see whether that restores the mouse. Unplug the mouse, Hold both the left and right click buttons down while plugging the mouse back in.
