vrsbueno
Would I be able to use a Corsair H110 in this configuration: http://s28.postimg.org/sthi54snx/h110.png Radiator at top (outside of case) Fans at bottom (inside of case) To avoid the dust inside de case. If this isn't possibile, I'll go with H100i.

vrsbueno
The Carbide 500R is compatible with the H110. But I want to install the radiator outside the case. I always just see on internet users installing the radiator inside the case like this: http://s13.postimg.org/oy2o9vk6f/Zms_Ambl.jpg
Corsair Employee Corsair Dustin Posted November 7, 2014 Corsair Employee Share Posted November 7, 2014 Why do you want to install the radiator outside of the case? That's not really a possibility with the 500R.
vrsbueno
To push air to outside the case. Btw i bought a H100i in a promotion (U$30,00 cheaper than H110).
Corsair Employee Corsair Dustin Posted November 10, 2014 Corsair Employee Share Posted November 10, 2014 But if you install the radiator inside the case, and install the fans to push air up through the radiator, it will exhaust outside of the case. That's one of the biggest benefits of closed loop liquid cooling, the radiator mounts to the vents in the case and the hot air exhausts out.
