sean85
I purchased a VOID wireless headset back in March and have used it on and off since with no issues until yesterday. After a session of gaming with no problems I had turned my pc to sleep mode and went to turn off my headset as I normally do. And this time it was different it wouldn't turn off in the normal 2 seconds of holding the power button. So I had to hold it for a bit long then it finally shut off. The next morning I tried to start it up and nothing happens, no lights come on the headset, so I thought maybe battery was dead. Plugged it in and the light on the microphone starting pulsing as it does during charging. Now fully charged the light is green on microphone but when I push and hold power button none of the side lights will come on at all. Any ideas?
