B737 Posted November 13, 2018 Share Posted November 13, 2018 I purchased a K95 for my nephew about 5 months ago, its been running fine, windows 10 and iCue. A few days ago, the keyboard started malfunctioning. iCUE stopped detecting the keyboard, RGB lighing going crazy not following profiles, macro and media keys not working. Have tried new USB ports, removed re-installed iCUE, nothing. Coincidentally, a few days ago I believe windows pushed an update for Corsair products, must have something to do with this... (the K70 on my personal PC has been fine, but it does not have the K95 features that require iCUE either...) Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
B737 Posted November 14, 2018 Author Share Posted November 14, 2018 resolved. Keyboard needed to be reset, i held the ESC button while plugging in the keyboard USB, kept the ESC button held down, it reset, and then iCUE picked it up. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
