koitsu
So I started looking at Corsair SSDs today and I came across this on the Force Series 3 page: Force Series™ 3 60GB SATA 3 6Gb/s Solid-State Hard Drive SSD Unformatted Capacity: 120 GB I also noticed that at the top of the page a picture of a drive with 60GB on its label was shown, yet on the right side of the page a picture of a drive with 120GB was shown. I drilled down on the Force Series 3 60GB drive, chose Tech Specs, and found this: SSD Unformatted Capacity 120 GB But over on the right-hand side of the page... Unformatted Capacity 60 GB Furthermore, if I use the menu system on the left hand side and click on SSD Unformated Capacity, I get an item list like so: 120 GB(2) 240 GB(1) How long has the site been like this? Do your webmasters check their work before publishing content publicly, or is the model actually two 60GB drives in one, internally RAID-0'd? Very strange. I've taken screen shots because if this is a typo it will get fixed possibly by the time other people see it, bringing into question whether or not I was lying. Toasted
Probably a typo. So it maybe 60gb only.
koitsu
And like I expected, someone has since changed the website. Good thing I took screen shots. Too bad the image of the 120GB model is still shown on the right side of the page when looking at the 60GB model.
Yellowbeard
And like I expected, someone has since changed the website. Good thing I took screen shots. Too bad the image of the 120GB model is still shown on the right side of the page when looking at the 60GB model. It was a simple error. People are human and make mistakes. What are you gloating about?
