RMA #688156 Says ticket is closed without receiving replacement.

Hi there, I put in my RMA nearly a month ago, (on the 17th of Feb, its now the 11th of March) and it has been on 'processing' for a week. I shipped the faulty power supply over two weeks ago and it says it has arrived fine. Both corsair and Australia Post have said it arrived in Taiwan. The ticket now says - Note: Your ticket is closed. Please contact corsair support or create a new ticket for further assistance. I Havent received my item. It does not say that the item has been shipped.

 

I have come here for assistance and if some employee sees this, they are able to double check. If this takes to long, I'll just buy another power supply.
