Svenson Posted February 4, 2015 Share Posted February 4, 2015 Hello, On January 8th this year I bought a Corsair gaminf headset. It was working perfectly until today. When the pc is shut down the light is purple which I think is very normal. Then if I start the pc, normally the purple light changes into a blue colour. But now it doesn't. I tried for several times to the usb portal. But this doesn't help a bit. After this I tried it on my laptop. This also gave the purple light. Is there something wrong with the headset? I don't have the receipt anymore. The only thing I have is a print screen from where I bought the headset. Can somebody inform me what I need to do now??? Toasted Posted February 5, 2015 Share Posted February 5, 2015 The headset remote should not be turning purple. It Blue, Red or off (no power). Contact your retailer and ask if they can replace the headset for you and provide a replacement receipt. If not, ask for the replacement receipt and replace it via RMA.
