Simply Disappointed -RMA 1277137 2nd H100 with problems
I purchased about £1700 worth of pc components about a month ago, Corsair SSD/ RAM / CASE / PSU / H100 After installing everything my H100 had the clicky type hard drive sound. Corsair were great with the RMA process THANKS CORSAIR !
I thought OK, This time I am going to test this unit before dismantling my pc to install the new H100, Glad I did ! At first the unit sounded fine, Brilliant I though.
After about 10 mins of operation the unit started to make an odd noise, It sounds like lots of air pockets are trapped in the system, I figured this could be normal and it might just need running for a while? However, I have tried running for several days moving the unit at different angles , tapping the unit, moving it on its side etc in the hope the air pockets will dissipate ....?
Not sure what to do now, I am just really disappointed with this unit and have lost faith in the corsair brand, Constantly dismantling my pc is not fun and wastes lots of what little time I have to use it
Do I have another faulty unit ? I suspect so.

Lay your case on its side for about an hour and see if the sound disappears. and then stand it back up. Sometimes it is just air trapped air and it will more than likely work it's way out after some time. I would give it a couple of days though. If it does not, contact CS and let them know this was recently RMA'd and they will cover the shipping costs both ways for you. Chances are they will send you a new unit before you have to send this one back so you have no down time.

Air pockets usually disappear after a few days. This unit seems faulty

Ok strange this might sound, But the air bubbles have stopped and the unit sounds fine ! HOWEVER ....
Im even more angry now, The unit is all fitted and now the 2x 120mm fans that are installed on the rad are making an awful noise, They both make a horrible rattle, kind of sounds like the bearings are dry, This is driving me crazy !
I thought is it the pump... but no.. I stopped both fans and awful noise stops.
I am working from home today ... and this noise is giving me a headache.
Looks like im going to have to strip down my pc once again and replace these fans !! I am seriously angry with you corsair ! Where is your QC?
My RMA H100 fans did NOT sound like this at all.

I have asked our customer service to send you a set of fans right away free of charge.
