jp2306 Posted September 22, 2017 Share Posted September 22, 2017 i have no idea why but the shift buttons on my keyboard just stopped working on my k55 keyboard. i just spent 50 dollars on this keyboard a couple months ago. it's been a week now since they stopped working. for some reason i cannot sign into the support ticket system to complain. there is nothing on forums or google that relates to this problem. this is unacceptable for a 50 dollar keyboard. my experience with this website and customer support and keyboard have all been extremely frustrating. i hope a customer service representative reaches out to me to resolve this issue. contact me at j3rrypark at gmail.com sincerely, an angry customer Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
