K70 RGB Mouse and keyboard no working in Icue across 2 computers

I have a Corsair K70 and a corsair mouse (im pretty sure it's old but i dont know what mouse it is exactly), and neither of them are coming up in iCUE, i've tried restarting my pc, i've tried to update iCUE, but nothing works. Today i actually got a new pc but they dont work on this one just like my last pc as well. they are plugged into usb 3.0 ports and iCUE is up to date. is there any way to fix it?

Hi Mxms,

Do both the mouse and keyboard function normally just can't be seen in the software? Also would you be able to give me the part numbers? The keyboard should be on the back and the mouse should be on the label at the USB end of the cable.
