tooCoded
Whenever I use the front left USB 3.0 port on my 500r case I get a message in Windows saying "power surge on hub port". At first I thought it was my motherboard so I put just avoid using the port period. However, I recently learned that it was the port that is actually faulty as a result of one of the USB prongs touching another prong whenever anything is plugged into it - it's actually twisted in there. It is becoming a little annoying now to keep going around the back of the PC to plug and unplug my tablet/flash drives if the one good port is in use. How do I go about getting a replacement? :[pouts: Thanks
peanutz94
Use the link on the left to request an RMA for your case, but in the description pane let them know you need just the front I/O panel. They should be able to send you one pretty quick

tooCoded
I have not gotten a response as yet. How long does support usually take to respond?
