Can't login to Corsair's Customer Support

The past few days I have been trying to create an account with corsair's support and now that I have been able to make one, it won't let me login. First it was saying "Invalid Authentication State Incorrect Authentication State ID", then it was saying "Incorrect username and/or password. If you have forgotten your password, please reset your password.", even though I clearly wrote the correct username / email and password. I even tried resetting the password and still it didn't work.

For days I have been trying to send a ticket regarding my HS70's charging problem and it's frustrating that as simple as sending a ticket is extremely difficult to do in corsair's website :sigh!:.
